Refund policy
This section describes product return and refund policies in general and as defined for respective regions.
All Regions: If an item you ordered is found, upon receipt, to be defective or to have been damaged during the shipping process, you may opt to notify us of this fact. If you do, we will approve its return for a full refund. Additionally, in this case, we will refund shipping/handling costs and arrange for the provision of a return shipping label. For any refund to be considered, the item must be in the same condition as it was when you received it, and unused. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if has been damaged during shipping. Returns will not be approved for other reasons, except as described for particular regions, below.
United States: Return requests will be reviewed in accordance with the "All Regions" section above. Additionally, an item may be returned if guaranteed by relevant state law.
Canada, Norway, Switzerland: Return requests will be reviewed in accordance with the "All Regions" section above.
European Union and United Kingdom - 14-day cooling off period and other return considerations: Return requests will be reviewed in accordance with the "All Regions" section above. Additionally, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or into the United Kingdom, the purchaser has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, for any reason and without any stated justification. If the purchaser so chooses and notifies us accordingly, the purchaser then has a 14-day window from the time of notification to ship the item back to us. If an item is being returned under the conditions of the 14-day cooling off period, the purchaser will be responsible for the cost of return shipping; The purchaser will also be responsible for the initial cost of shipping the order to them and any associated, nonrefundable costs (if any) incurred in prepayment of delivery duties and/ or taxes, and those costs will be deducted from their refund.
All Regions - Return Request Instructions: To request a return, the purchaser may contact us by email at info@springsteenlibertyhall.com. In the subject line, please include the phrase "Product Return Request" and the associated order number. In the body of the message should be included the reason for the return request (unless this was an EU or UK order and the purchaser opts for a return under the conditions of the 14-day cooling off period, in which case no reason or explanation need be given).
If a return request is approved, we will send a return shipping label via email, as well as instructions including where to send the package, unless the product is being returned in accordance with the 14-day cooling off period in the EU or UK. In the latter case, we will provide instructions including where to send the package, and the purchaser will be responsible for shipping the item(s).
Items sent back without our first having approved the return will not be accepted and will not qualify for a refund.

All Regions - Refunds: We will notify you, via email, once we have received and inspected your return. If found to be a legitimate return, we will process a refund in accordance with product return rules stated above, and to the original payment method, within 10 business days.
